Job Summary:
The Video Editor is responsible for creating, editing, and delivering high-quality video content for digital platforms. The role involves assembling raw footage, adding effects, sound, and graphics to produce engaging videos aligned with brand and project requirements. The Video Editor collaborates with the creative team to ensure timely delivery and maintains consistency in style and quality across all content.
Eligibility:
• 6m–3 years of experience in video editing is needed.
• Any related video editing course is acceptable.
Key Responsibilities:
• Edit reels, shorts, and YouTube videos.
• Need inputs in Screenplay.
• Work with the marketing and creative team to make engaging videos.
• Learn and follow the brand’s editing style and tone quickly.
• Adjust edits based on where the video will be posted.
• Keep track of new editing and social media trends.
Requirements:
• Strong knowledge of video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects
• Understanding of video formats, transitions, sound, and colour correction
• Ability to edit videos for social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
• Good sense of timing, storytelling, and visual creativity
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Basic knowledge of graphics, titles, and effects
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new trends and tools
• Proficiency in regional languages such as Hindi, Marathi, and English is preferred
