Video Editor

Key Responsibilities:

• Design graphics for social media posts, banners, advertisements, and other marketing materials.

• Edit and produce promotional videos, project walkthroughs, testimonials, reels, and YouTube content.

• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and digital teams to conceptualize and deliver creative campaigns.

• Maintain brand consistency across all visual content.

• Create and optimize content for various platforms: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.

• Handle photo and video shoots on-site when needed (preferred).

• Stay updated on the latest design trends, editing techniques, and real estate marketing strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or related field.

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design and video editing, preferably in the real estate or advertising sector.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).

• Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, or similar tools is a plus.

• Strong portfolio showcasing design and video editing projects.
