Job Summary

Are you passionate about e-commerce sales and marketplace operations? As an E-Commerce Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing Café Desire’s presence on e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and others. You will focus on product listing, pricing, inventory coordination, and sales tracking to ensure smooth operations and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, and other online marketplaces.

2. Ensure accurate product descriptions, pricing, and category mapping for better visibility and conversions.

3. Monitor and manage inventory levels, coordinate with the internal team to prevent stockouts and overstocking.

4. Track sales performance and marketplace analytics, providing insights for improvement.

5. Handle order processing and coordinate fulfillment to ensure timely deliveries.

6. Address customer queries, reviews, and feedback to maintain high service standards.

7. Stay updated with marketplace policies, competitor strategies, and trends to improve sales performance.

8. Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order management.

9. Generate reports on sales, inventory, and trends to optimize business strategies.

10. Work closely with internal teams to align marketplace strategies with overall business goals.

Requirements

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in managing e-commerce marketplace sales (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).

2. Immediate joiners preferred (or candidates currently serving a notice period).

3. Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and other marketplace dashboards.

4. Experience in order management, pricing optimization, and inventory tracking.

5. Ability to handle customer interactions, returns, and product feedback effectively.

6. Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools for data tracking.

7. Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple product listings efficiently.

8. Strong coordination skills to work with internal teams (logistics, sales, and operations).

9. Understanding of e-commerce marketplace policies and compliance requirements.

10. Passionate about e-commerce growth and marketplace sales strategies.
