Add graphics/overlays: property details (area, rooms, price, features), maps, logos, lower thirds, subtitles.
Incorporate sound design — clean audio, voice‑overs, background music. Sync properly.
Create short form content (reels / shorts / teasers) for social media (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
Ensure videos meet brand style guidelines (fonts, colour, transitions).
Collaborate with marketing/sales teams to understand what features to highlight.
Manage multiple video projects, maintain timelines, revisions, deliverables.
Optimize videos for different platforms (aspect ratio, resolution, compression).
Travel to properties to shoot interior and exterior video footage: walkthroughs, amenities, facade, landscaping, neighbourhood views.
Use appropriate camera gear (DSLR / Mirrorless / gimbal / drones) to get stable, well‑lit, well‑framed shots.
Set up lighting, choose correct lens, manage exposure, white balance, focus.
Capture multiple angles / details (close-ups, wide shots) to support the editing process.
Operate drone if needed (if certified or trained) for aerial views.
Ensure audio capture if needed (voice‑overs, interviews).
Collaborate with Video Editor and Marketing team to ensure vision / requirements.
Maintain and care for camera equipment and accessories.
