Position Summary
Prakash Marketing is seeking a high-calibre Digital Media Intern with a dual focus on Video Post-Production and Digital Marketing Strategy. This is an accelerated learning role designed for a candidate who possesses a technical foundation in video editing and a strategic interest in brand growth. You will contribute to the production of high-conversion assets while gaining exposure to full-funnel digital marketing workflows.
Core Responsibilities
I. Video Post-Production (Primary focus)
Asset Development: Execute the end-to-end editing of short-form vertical video (Reels, Shorts) and long-form brand stories.
Technical Execution: Manage colour correction, audio levelling, and motion graphics (typography/lower thirds) to ensure all output meets agency quality standards.
Content Optimisation: Repurpose master assets into multi-platform formats, optimising for platform-specific algorithms and audience retention.
II. Digital Marketing & Strategy Support
Campaign Management: Assist in the scheduling and deployment of content across social media ecosystems.
Copywriting: Draft professional, brand-aligned captions and headlines that utilize SEO best practices.
Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis on industry trends (specifically within the furniture, manufacturing, and tech sectors) to inform creative briefs.
Analytics: Support the leadership team in monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and preparing client performance reports.
Candidate Profile
Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with industry-standard software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve). Familiarity with Canva and AI-assisted creative tools is highly desirable.
Marketing Literacy: A fundamental understanding of social media algorithms, engagement metrics, and the digital sales funnel.
Professionalism: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
Communication: Fluent in both Hindi and English, with the ability to write clear, professional copy.
