We are looking for a creative and responsible Video Editor who can edit long YouTube videos and short-form content like Reels and Shorts. The role includes editing, basic optimization, and uploading content on social media platforms. The candidate should understand storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesEdit YouTube long-form videos (8–20 minutes)Edit short videos / reels / shorts for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTubeAdd basic effects, text, transitions, and background musicMaintain video quality and brand styleUpload videos on social media platforms with proper titles and descriptionsCreate thumbnails (basic level) or coordinate with the design teamOrganize video files and follow content schedulesMake revisions as suggestedRequired SkillsExperience in video editing software (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar)Understanding of YouTube and Instagram content styleBasic knowledge of reels trends and audience engagementGood sense of timing, music, and storytellingAbility to work on deadlinesBasic knowledge of uploading videos on YouTube & InstagramPreferred (Not Mandatory)Experience with parenting or educational contentKnowledge of thumbnails and titlesUnderstanding of YouTube SEOBasic graphic editing skills
