Platform-First Editing: Edit and format raw footage into high-retention, engaging videos tailored to specific digital platforms (e.g., vertical videos for Instagram Reels/TikTok, horizontal for YouTube and website integration).
Storytelling & Pacing: Craft compelling narratives by utilizing consumer psychology, impactful hooks, and pacing that maximizes watch time and audience retention.
Motion Graphics & Effects: Create and integrate dynamic text animations, transitions, subtitles (captions), and special effects to make content visually captivating.
Asset Optimization: Color-correct video files, mix audio, source royalty-free music, and apply sound effects (SFX) that align with the brand’s unique identity.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with copywriters, graphic designers, and account managers to bring creative campaign concepts to life.
Trend Awareness: Proactively research and implement trending audio, transitions, and editing styles relevant to digital and social media marketing.
Quality Assurance & Organization: Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, adhere to brand guidelines, and maintain organized digital asset management systems

AI/Automation Tools: Familiarity with AI-assisted editing tools
