📌 Job Requirement – Cameraman cum Video Editor

Position: Cameraman cum Video Editor

Location: Bangalore

Work Mode: On-site (Field shooting + in-office editing)

🎯 Role Summary

We are looking for a skilled and creative Cameraman cum Video Editor with at least 1 year of experience in shooting and editing professional video content. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality visuals during events, interviews, and promotional shoots, and editing them into engaging video content aligned with our brand and marketing goals.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification: Any diploma or degree in Media, Visual Communication, Film Studies, or related fields preferred

Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in shooting and editing

Location: Must be currently based in or willing to relocate to Bangalore

🛠️ Roles & Responsibilities

Capture high-quality video footage for events, interviews, reels, promos, and training sessions

Set up lighting, camera angles, and audio equipment for shoots

Edit raw video footage into compelling final output using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve

Add motion graphics, music, subtitles, and transitions as per content requirements

Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to understand the project vision and output goals

Maintain proper storage, archiving, and management of video files

Travel for shoots within Bangalore as required

💼 Work Structure

Mode: On-site (Camera work on-location + editing at office studio)

Working Hours: As per project schedule (flexibility required for shoot days)

Reporting: Weekly deliverables and project-based reviews

Probation Period: 3 months

💰 Compensation

Fixed monthly salary (based on experience and skill level)

Travel and shoot allowances as applicable

Performance-based incentives for special projects or campaign outcomes
