We are seeking a creative and hands-on Video Editor / Videographer who can independently handle video shooting and editing. This role involves close collaboration with the Digital Youtube teams to produce engaging, high-quality video content for YouTube Videos, online courses, and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Videography (Shooting & Setup): Shoot videos using DSLR / mirrorless / mobile cameras, Set up basic lighting, audio (mic setup), and framing/composition,
Record content including: YouTube videos, Course and training sessions, Reels, Shorts, and ad creatives, Video Editing (Core Responsibilities)
Edit videos for: YouTube long-form content, Instagram Reels & YouTube Shorts, Promotional and ad creatives, Add cuts, transitions, subtitles, and basic motion graphics
Work closely with: Youtube team (ads, campaigns, creatives), Training team (courses, tutorials, educational videos), Implement feedback and revisions efficiently and on time.

Location: Mangaluru, Karnataka (On-site)

Experience: 6 months+ of relevant experience in videography and video editing

CTC: Upto 3.5LPA

Required Skills & Qualifications Must-Have:

Minimum 6 months experience in videography and video editing
Hands-on knowledge of Camera handling (DSLR / mirrorless / mobile)
Video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar
Ability to work on-site from the Mangaluru office

Good-to-Have

Basic understanding of lighting and audio setup
Exposure to motion graphics / After Effects
Familiarity with YouTube, Instagram Reels, and Shorts formats
