Job Title: Video Editor & Graphic Designer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented, detail-oriented, and creatively driven Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our content and media team. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design aesthetics, proficiency in editing tools, and a passion for creating visually compelling graphics and videos that align with brand goals.

Whether you’re creating eye-catching social media graphics, brand videos, or editing content for marketing campaigns, your work will directly influence our brand image and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Video Editing:

Edit raw footage into engaging short-form and long-form videos (reels, YouTube videos, promotional content).

Add motion graphics, captions, music, transitions, and other elements to enhance video content.

Work with scriptwriters, content creators, and voiceover artists to bring stories to life.

Graphic Design:

Design visual content for digital platforms – social media posts, infographics, banners, emailers, ads, etc.

Ensure brand consistency in all design projects (colors, fonts, layout, style).

Collaborate with the marketing and social media teams to create designs that drive engagement and conversions.

Prepare design assets for print and digital use as required.

Content Collaboration:

Brainstorm and conceptualize content ideas with the social media and content teams.

Support campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives with visual assets.

Maintain a library of assets including templates, brand guidelines, and archives of past work.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Any degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Media, or related fields... But having a skill is a must

Proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Canva, etc.

Strong portfolio showcasing design and video editing skills.

Understanding of visual storytelling, color theory, typography, and motion design.

Ability to meet tight deadlines and work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content formats.

Creativity, attention to detail, and a strong aesthetic sense.

Basic photography and videography skills are a plus
