Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative Videographer & Video Editor to produce high-quality content

for our YouTube channel. The role involves shooting podcasts, editing full-length videos, and

creating engaging short-form content/reels. The candidate should be able to handle up to

30 deliverables per month efficiently while maintaining high production standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Videography & Shooting

● Shoot video content for podcasts, interviews, and YouTube content.

● Set up lighting, sound, and camera equipment for professional-quality videos.

Video Editing & Post-Production

● Edit videos for YouTube, ensuring smooth transitions, clear audio, and visual appeal.

● Create short-form videos, reels, and clips from long-form footage.

● Add graphics, text overlays, sound effects, and background music.

● Ensure videos are optimized for YouTube and social media platforms.

Content Management & Delivery

● Manage multiple video projects simultaneously with up to 30 deliverables per

month.

● Maintain organized project files and timelines.

● Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to align videos with brand

guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills:

● 2-5 years of experience as a Videographer/Video Editor, preferably for YouTube or

digital platforms.

● Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.

● Knowledge of camera operations, lighting, and audio recording techniques.

● Creativity, storytelling skills, and strong attention to detail.

● Ability to meet deadlines and manage high-volume deliverables.
