Position: Video Editor & Social Media Production Specialist

Location: JTM Mall, Jagatpura, Jaipur (On-site)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and technically skilled Video Editor & Social Media Production Specialist who understands the psychology of content creation and audience retention. The ideal candidate should be capable of producing high-quality documentary, educational, promotional, and social media content while managing the complete post-production workflow.

The candidate must be proficient in modern editing software, AI-powered creative tools, motion graphics, and professional audio-video production techniques.

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing

Edit documentary-style videos with strong storytelling and cinematic presentation.
Edit podcasts, interviews, educational videos, promotional videos, and social media content.
• Produce long-form and short-form content optimized for different platforms.
• Create engaging reels, shorts, and YouTube videos with high audience retention.

Motion Graphics & Visual Design

Design eye-catching thumbnails.
Create graphics and motion graphics for videos.
• Develop After Effects animations.
• Apply professional graphic effects and cinematic visual enhancements.
• Perform Chroma (Green Screen) editing.
• Create AI-generated videos and images using the latest AI tools.

Audio Production

Remove background noise and unwanted sounds.
Produce clean studio-quality voice output.
• Add appropriate sound effects according to narration, scene, and script requirements.
• Synchronize music, dialogue, and effects professionally.

Visual Effects

Integrate B-roll footage effectively.
Apply cinematic transition effects including:

  Flash transitions
  Fire flicker effects
  Television disturbance/glitch effects
  Zoom transitions
  Camera shake
  Speed ramping
  Motion blur
  Light leak effects
  • Other advanced transition effects wherever suitable.

Production & Studio Management

Organize project files and maintain a structured editing workflow.
Manage DSLR camera settings for video shoots.
• Set up and manage studio lighting for professional recordings.
• Assist in studio production whenever required.

Social Media Management

Manage video publishing workflow for social media platforms.
Handle YouTube Studio and other creator dashboards.
• Optimize videos for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
• Ensure videos meet platform-specific quality and formatting standards.

Mandatory Requirements

The candidate must possess:

Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, editing rhythm, audience retention, and engagement techniques.
Knowledge of the 5-Second Eye Blink Formula to maximize viewer retention.
• Ability to design captions for important topics and technical terminology.
• Excellent project organization and workflow management skills.
• Strong understanding of B-roll placement and cinematic sequencing.
• Experience using professional transition effects throughout videos.
• Experience working with graphics-intensive projects and GPU (Graphics Card)-accelerated editing workflows.
• Ability to manage multiple editing projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
