Work Mode: Hybrid (Work From Home + Once a week Office attendance for Review Meeting)

Job Timing: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Location: South Kolkata, West Bengal

Job Role Overview

We are looking for a highly creative and passionate Photo Editor cum Video Editor who can create powerful visual content for digital marketing and brand awareness campaigns.

The candidate must have a strong sense of  1.Creativity 2. Visual aesthetics 3.Color combinations      4Emotional storytelling 5.Branding psychology 6. Social media trends

Key Job Responsibilities

·            Design high-quality social media creatives and promotional banners

·            Create emotional and engaging short-form videos

·            Edit reels, advertisements, and branding videos

·            Create festival offers and special occasion creatives

·            Develop service description videos

·            Design packaging visuals and branding materials

·            Retouch and enhance photos professionally

·            Work with AI tools for advanced editing and content creation

·            Coordinate with management for campaign execution

·            Ensure timely delivery of all assigned creative projects

Software & Technical Skills Required

Candidates should have working knowledge of any two of the following tools :

Adobe Photoshop . Adobe Illustrator .CorelDRAW .Canva Pro .Premiere Pro / Filmora / CapCut / After Effects .AI-Based Editing Tools .Video Editing Applications .Social Media Creative Tools

Eligibility Criteria

·   Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass , Must be able to read and write English

· Experience: 1 Year  to 5 Years in Advertising Agencies, Digital Marketing Agencies preferred

·   Freshers with advanced professional training in photo/video editing may also apply

·    Strong creativity and visual sense are mandatory

·    Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure

Mandatory Assessment Process

After the telephonic interview round, shortlisted candidates must complete a creative assessment assignment before the final personal interview.Candidates will be required to submit:

·            2 Promotional Images

·            2 Short Promotional Videos (20 seconds each)

The assignment will be based on concepts and themes allotted by the company .

• It is a Full Time Video Editor job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
