Key Responsibilities

• Research and understand brand goals, market trends, and audience behaviour to shape creative direction.

• Develop campaign concepts, brand stories, and creative briefs for marketing, social media, and advertising initiatives.

• Collaborate with content creators, designers, and marketing teams to execute strategies effectively.

• Analyze campaign performance and suggest creative improvements for better engagement and ROI.

• Stay updated on emerging trends in digital media, design, and communication to keep our strategies fresh and relevant.

• Present ideas and creative pitches to internal teams and stakeholders with clarity and confidence.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in creative roles (agency, marketing, branding, or digital media).

• Strong conceptual thinking, storytelling skills, and visual communication sense.

• Ability to balance creative flair with strategic objectives.

• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools is a plus.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
