Key Responsibilities:

• Edit engaging Instagram Reels & YouTube videos (long format – 10 to 12 minutes)

• Handle video content for social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)

• Research and adapt to current content & design trends

• Work closely with content & marketing teams for timely delivery

• Add transitions, effects, captions, sound sync, and B-rolls for quality output

• Organize raw footage and maintain media files systematically

• Ensure brand consistency across all video content

• Optimize videos for SEO and social media engagement

Requirements:

• Proficiency in video editing software: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar

• Basic understanding of social media trends and storytelling

• Creativity, attention to detail & ability to work on tight deadlines

• Good communication skills and team collaboration

• Ability to adapt quickly and take feedback constructively

• Bonus: Basic knowledge of thumbnail design or motion graphics is a plus
