JHS Media is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Video Editor who specializes in Podcast Editing and professional long-form content production. The ideal candidate should have strong creative vision, advanced editing skills, and experience in handling podcast videos, multi-camera setups, reels, shorts, and social media content.

The candidate must be capable of delivering high-quality, engaging, and audience-focused content with proper storytelling, pacing, sound design, transitions, subtitles, and platform optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Editing professional podcast videos for YouTube and social media platforms

• Handling multi-camera podcast editing and synchronization

• Creating engaging reels, shorts, teasers, and promotional clips

• Adding subtitles, captions, motion graphics, sound effects, and transitions

• Color correction and basic color grading

• Audio cleanup, balancing, and enhancement

• Maintaining proper storytelling flow and viewer retention

• Creating YouTube-friendly edits with strong hooks and pacing

• Managing project timelines and meeting strict deadlines

• Coordinating with content creators, production team, and social media team

• Organizing raw footage and maintaining editing project files

• Optimizing content for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro

• Good knowledge of After Effects

• Understanding of podcast editing workflow

• Experience in multi-cam editing

• Knowledge of YouTube content trends and retention editing

• Creative understanding of pacing, cuts, and engagement techniques

• Audio syncing and enhancement skills

• Motion graphics and subtitle editing experience

• Fast turnaround capability

• Strong attention to detail

• It is a Full Time Video Editor job for candidates with 3 - 6+ years Experience.
