Job Title: Videographer & Video Editor (Adobe Premiere Pro)

Role Overview

Iris Realty is looking for a hands-on Videographer & Video Editor who can execute high-quality real estate video content from shoot to final delivery. The role demands ownership, speed, and consistency in producing content that drives leads and brand authority.

Key Responsibilities

Shoot property videos, walkthroughs, reels, and promotional content

Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro with clean cuts, transitions, and sound design

Create short-form content for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook Ads

Handle basic lighting, framing, and audio setup during shoots

Deliver edited videos within defined timelines (fast turnaround is critical)

Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to align content with campaigns

Maintain organized video files and project folders

Requirements

6 months to 2 years of experience in videography and video editing

Strong working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro (mandatory)

Basic understanding of camera handling, angles, and composition

Experience in shooting real estate, lifestyle, or promotional content preferred

Ability to work independently and execute without constant supervision

Ownership mindset with attention to detail

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

Knowledge of After Effects for basic motion graphics

Experience in reel-style editing and social media trends

Drone shooting experience (optional but valuable)
