Job Description – Creative Lead

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Video Editor (Creative Lead) to spearhead our visual communication, content creation, and branding efforts. This role will be responsible for leading the creative team, producing impactful designs and videos, and collaborating closely with Social Media, Production, and PPC teams to deliver engaging campaigns that drive business growth.

The ideal candidate should have a strong blend of design expertise, video production skills, leadership abilities, and strategic thinking to ensure creative output aligns with brand identity and campaign goals.


Key Responsibilities:

Creative Direction & Strategy

  • Lead the end-to-end creative process for all graphics, videos, and multimedia content.

  • Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all creative assets (digital, print, video, motion graphics).

  • Brainstorm and conceptualize creative ideas for marketing campaigns, ad creatives, and brand storytelling.

  • Collaborate with Social Media Managers, PPC Specialists, and Content Writers to align creative execution with campaign objectives.

  • Analyze creative performance metrics and suggest improvements to maximize engagement, conversions, and ROI.

Graphics & Video Production

  • Design and oversee production of social media posts, ad creatives, infographics, emailers, brochures, and presentation decks.

  • Lead the production of videos, reels, advertisements, explainers, interviews, and corporate films.

  • Ensure delivery of high-quality, engaging, and innovative visuals & motion graphics tailored for each platform.

  • Stay updated with the latest design tools, video trends, and creative technologies to enhance team capabilities.

Team Leadership & Management

  • Manage a team of graphic designers, video editors, and creative executives.

  • Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of all creative projects.

  • Provide constructive feedback, mentoring, and skill development to team members.

 

 

  • Act as a bridge between creative team and cross-functional departments (Social Media, PPC, Production, and Marketing).

  • Maintain an organized workflow using project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or Monday).

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with Social Media Team to produce engaging posts, reels, stories, and campaigns.

  • Partner with the PPC Team to design high-conversion ad creatives for Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.

  • Coordinate with the Production Team for shoots, video direction, and post-production requirements.

  • Collaborate with Marketing & Sales Teams to support branding, presentations, and client pitches.

Quality Control & Brand Standards

  • Review all creative deliverables to ensure they meet brand guidelines, quality benchmarks, and campaign goals.

  • Maintain consistency in tone, style, and visuals across all platforms.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


Day-to-Day Work Includes:

  • Overseeing daily creative briefs and allocating tasks within the team.

  • Designing or directing static posts, reels, motion graphics, and ad creatives.

  • Supervising video editing, animation, and post-production work.

  • Coordinating with Social Media Managers for daily content calendars.

  • Collaborating with PPC team on ad creatives and tracking performance.

  • Conducting brainstorming sessions for campaign ideas and visual storytelling.

  • Reviewing and approving creatives before client/internal submission.

  • Maintaining timelines and ensuring daily, weekly, and monthly deliverables are on track.

  • Mentoring team members and conducting creative workshops.
