We're Hiring: Social Media Marketing Executive (Full-time, Onsite – Thane)

Join the creative teams behind Genius Nestlings and Design India Collective, two dynamic brands in the field of education and design coaching. We're on the lookout for a passionate Digital Content Creator who can bring our ideas to life through videos, photos, and social media content.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Shoot high-quality videos and photos for our educational content, events, and day-to-day activities

• Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube videos, and LinkedIn posts

• Edit images and videos

• Write smart, on-brand captions using your creativity (or with help from AI)

• Research and apply relevant hashtags to boost reach

• Manage and maintain a content calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.

• Collaborate with the team to plan content strategy

• Occasionally travel with the team for shoots (all travel expenses covered)

Working Hours & Details:

• 5 days a week (two weekdays off)

• Timings: 12 PM – 8 PM

• Location: Onsite in Thane (preference for candidates nearby)

Who We’re Looking For:

• Someone with a flair for storytelling through visuals

• Strong video shooting & editing skills

• Familiarity with Instagram, YouTube & LinkedIn content trends

• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and organized

• Prior experience or educational background in media/design/communications is a plus

• Freshers with strong portfolios are also welcome
