We at Fortune 09 Estates are looking for a creative, fast, and reliable Video Editor who understands the real-estate space and can turn raw footage into clean, premium, high-retention videos.

🎥 What You’ll Work On

• Real estate property walkthroughs

• High-quality YouTube videos (4K/vertical reels)

• Cinematic B-roll edits for luxury homes

• Instagram reels, shorts & montage edits

• Motion graphics, text overlays, transitions

• Colour-grading for interiors/exteriors

• Thumbnail creation (bonus)

💼 Requirements

• Strong command over Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve

• Ability to handle multi-cam, stabilisation, audio clean-ups

• Experience in real estate or lifestyle edits preferred

• Good sense of pacing, storytelling & colour

• Ability to deliver fast turnarounds (24–48 hrs)

• Knowledge of YouTube/Instagram formats & compression

• Basic understanding of real estate aesthetics is a plus
