Educational Qualification :  Any graduate with proven skills in video editing and graphic design and a strong portfolio.

Work Experience:  Minimum 2 years experience

Annual CTC Range: Maximum Fixed Annual Salary of Rs  3.9  Lac per annum (LPA ) or Monthly Rs 33264 Fixed + Attractive Incentives of Rs5K based on performance  on indicators such as

·        % of tasks delivered on or before deadline

·        Quality score (simple 1–5 rating by manager/client)

·        Number of usable creatives/videos produced per month

Role: Video Editor cum Graphic Designer 

Employment type: Full Time-on Roll

Key Skills:

·        Any graduate with proven skills in video editing and graphic design and a strong portfolio.

·        Proven two years experience as a Video Editor and Graphic Designer (portfolio required).

·        Strong understanding of hooks, content flow, and audience psychology.

·        Ability to edit videos quickly without compromising quality.

·        Video Editing Tools: Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve (at least one at expert level).
- Motion & Effects : Adobe After Effects / basic motion graphics is a plus

·        Design Tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator; Figma or Canva is a plus.
- Strong understanding of:
  - Composition, color, typography
  - Visual hierarchy and branding
  - Social media trends & formats

·        Experience in creating and managing bulk design tasks efficiently.

·        Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.

·        Good communication and time-management skills.

·        Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1.       Video Editing

a.      Review and analyze raw footage to identify strong hooks that capture audience attention in the first 3–5 seconds.

b.      Edit videos based on project requirements, including trimming, cutting, sequencing, transitions, sound syncing, and effects.

c.       Create short-form videos, reels, ads, and promotional content optimized for social media platforms

d.      Add music, sound effects,Edit videos based on project requirements, including trimming, cutting, sequencing,transitions, sound syncing, and effects.Adapt videos to multiple aspect ratios (9:16, 1:1, 16:9) for different platforms.

e.      Collaborate with marketing/content team to understand briefs and deliver on time.

f.       Ensure all videos maintain brand guidelines, tone, and messaging.

g.      Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to understand content requirements and deliver high-quality output.

• It is a Full Time Video Editor job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
