About the Role:

RestroReach is seeking a creative and skilled Video Editor to join our content and marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for visual storytelling, a strong grasp of editing trends, and the ability to create engaging short-form and long-form video content for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and digital ads.

Responsibilities:

Edit and assemble recorded raw material into a suitable, finished product ready for publishing

Create engaging and impactful videos for social media (Reels, Shorts), YouTube, and advertising campaigns

Incorporate motion graphics, text overlays, captions, sound effects, and transitions

Ensure visual consistency and brand alignment across all content

Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to conceptualize and execute new ideas

Requirements:

Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent

Strong editing portfolio featuring reels, promotional videos, or ads

Solid understanding of video formats, resolutions, aspect ratios, and social platform guidelines

Excellent storytelling, pacing, and timing skills

Must own a laptop suitable for video editing

At least 1 year of professional video editing experience

Preferred Skills (Bonus Points):

Motion graphics or animation experience

Audio mixing capabilities

Familiarity with tools like CapCut, Canva, After Effects, etc.
