Job Description: Video Editor – Final Us (Real Estate Marketing Agency)

About the Role

We need a full-time Video Editor who can handle high-quality, agency-level editing — not some mobile-CapCut kid. You’ll edit my personal reels + our agency’s client videos (real estate niche), using a laptop/PC only with proper software.

Responsibilities

• Edit high-quality reels, ads, and podcast-style videos for Final Us

• Add clean graphics, motion elements, captions, color grading, sound design

• Work on story-driven, performance-focused edits (real estate marketing content)

• Deliver fast edits without compromising quality

• Follow brand guidelines and maintain a consistent premium look

• Create revisions quickly based on feedback

• Export in multiple formats for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn

Requirements

• Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve

• Must edit on a laptop/PC only (no mobile editors)

• Solid understanding of transitions, pacing, color grading, typography, and sound design

• Prior experience editing reels/ads/real estate content is a big plus

• Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines

• Basic graphic design knowledge

• Good communication — no disappearing, no excuses

Who Should NOT Apply

• People editing on mobile

• Slow editors who take 2 days for a 30-sec reel

• People who can't handle feedback

• Anyone without a proper editing portfolio

Preferred

• Understanding of the real estate niche

• Ability to create hooks, subtitles, fast-paced edits

• Some experience with thumbnail design

Salary

• Based on skills. If you’re good, we pay well. If you’re average, don’t apply.

• Remote or Gurugram-based — flexible.
