About the Role

We are looking for a talented and creative full-time Video Editor to join our team.
This role requires a professional who is skilled in video editing, animation, and storytelling — someone who can turn raw footage into visually compelling and emotionally engaging content.

You’ll be responsible for producing high-quality video content for digital ads, social media reels, brand videos, and campaigns that connect with our clients’ target audiences.

Key Responsibilities

🎬 Video Editing & Animation

• Edit high-quality videos from raw footage with strong storytelling, pacing, and transitions.

• Add motion graphics, text animations, and visual effects to enhance content appeal.

• Create engaging social media reels, ads, and short-form content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube.

📢 Digital Ad Campaigns

• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to produce impactful ad creatives.

• Optimize videos for various platforms (aspect ratios, duration, and formats).

• Edit conversion-focused social media videos that boost engagement, reach, and visibility.

Software Proficiency

• Adobe Premiere Pro – Advanced level (mandatory)

• Adobe After Effects – Advanced level (mandatory)

• Bonus: Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, or DaVinci Resolve

Skills & Qualifications

• 2–4 years of proven experience in professional video editing.

• Strong grasp of motion graphics, animation, and video composition.

• Excellent sense of visual aesthetics, color grading, and rhythm.

• Strong storytelling ability and understanding of pacing for social media trends.

• A creative portfolio showcasing your editing style and technical expertise.

Additional (Nice-to-Have) Skills

• Advanced motion graphics and animation experience (After Effects).

• Knowledge of video SEO and YouTube optimization.

• Experience in color correction, audio mixing, and video compression.
