Job Description

We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor to join our digital marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and high-quality video content for social media, marketing campaigns, advertisements, and other digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Edit short-form and long-form videos for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
Create engaging Reels, promotional videos, advertisements, and marketing content.
Add transitions, effects, subtitles, music, sound effects, and graphics as required.
Understand briefs and convert raw footage into creative and engaging videos.
Maintain consistency in video quality, branding, and visual style.
Coordinate with the content and marketing team to understand content requirements.
Manage multiple projects and deliver videos within deadlines.
Stay updated with current video editing trends, social media formats, and editing techniques.

Must-Have Experience:

• Map animations and aerial/location-based video content, specifically used in real estate marketing

• Understanding of social media video formats (Reels, YouTube, etc.)

Good to Have:

• Basic knowledge of Illustrator or Canva

• Familiarity with real estate content and branding
