What You Will Do (Responsibilities):

Educational Editing: Educational videos aur lectures ko edit karna, beech ke dead spaces, filler words, aur mistakes ko clean karna.
Visual Storytelling: On-screen text, relevant B-rolls, pop-ups, aur engaging graphics add karna taaki students ka attention bana rahe.
Short-Form Content: YouTube Videos ke saath-saath high-retention Reels, Shorts, aur Facebook videos generate karna.
Sound & Tech: Clean audio transitions, noise reduction, aur proper background music sets karna.
Pacing: Video ka flow aur pacing aisi rakhna ki complex topic bhi dekhne mein easy aur interesting lage.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements):

Software Expertise: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, ya Final Cut Pro (FCP) par strong grip honi chahiye.
Visual Aesthetics: Typography, color correction, aur clean screen layouts ki achhi samajh.
Understand EdTech: Pata hona chahiye ki educational content mein kab aur kahan graphics use karne hain (over-editing se bache aur value badhaye).
Deadlines: Time par deliver karne ki habit aur feedback ko positive tareeqe se implement karne ki skill.
Bonus Point: Agar AI video tools aur background animation ki knowledge ho toh extra advantage milega.
