We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Advertisement Film Editor to join our team at Effort, where creativity meets strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-impact video projects across marketing campaigns, social media content, and internal brand communications.This creative position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20000 - ₹25000 and opportunities to work on diverse projects

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit raw footage into compelling videos.

• Add music, transitions, text and effects.

• Work with content and design teams to align messaging.

• Optimize & create videos for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, etc.).

• Ensure timely delivery and maintain brand guidelines.

• Use different video editing software to edit videos from scratch.

• color grading

• 3d effects and transitions

• Ad film skills

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 6 years of experience. Applicants must be familiar with tools like Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Da Vinci Resolve, and AI tools , Canva, Rebelway Midjourney, etc. and have a strong understanding of design principles, composition, color theory and typography and creative film making skills .​ Collaborative skills and creative eye for detail and storytelling is a plus.
