Role Purpose:

To manage end-to-end YouTube production, visual branding, and creative asset development, ensuring high-quality execution, audience engagement, and scalable growth across selected channels.

• AI-based image and creative generation tools

Key Responsibilities:

1. Long-Form Video Production

• Edit full-length YouTube videos with structured storytelling and smooth transitions.

• Enhance audio quality, add subtitles, overlays, background music, and motion graphics.

• Maintain consistent intro/outro branding elements.

• Optimize video length and pacing for better watch time and retention.

2. Shorts & Reels Creation

• Convert long-form content into engaging Shorts and Reels.

• Design hook-focused opening sequences for higher retention.

• Add captions and visual effects optimized for vertical formats.

• Ensure platform-specific formatting (YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, etc.).

3. Thumbnail & CTR Optimization

• Design high-converting thumbnails using proven visual psychology principles.

• Maintain bold typography, contrast, and emotional triggers.

• Conduct A/B testing of thumbnails where applicable.

• Ensure thumbnails align with video titles and audience expectations.

4. Brand Consistency & Visual Identity

• Maintain consistent color schemes, fonts, and graphic elements.

• Standardize lower thirds, logo placement, and watermarking.

• Align video creatives with overall brand tone and positioning.

• Develop reusable templates for faster production cycles.

5. Workflow & Channel Efficiency

• Focus on scaling 3–4 high-potential YouTube channels for operational efficiency.

• Maintain a structured content production calendar.

• Organize project files and assets systematically.

• Coordinate with content writers and SEO teams for script alignment and metadata optimization.

6. Performance Monitoring

• Track CTR, audience retention, average watch duration, and subscriber growth.

• Analyze which thumbnail styles and formats perform best.

• Suggest improvements based on analytics insights.

Skill Requirements:

• Strong video editing and storytelling capability.

• Understanding of YouTube algorithm fundamentals.

• Expertise in thumbnail design and visual communication.

• Ability to work with AI tools for creative enhancement.

• Attention to detail and adherence to brand guidelines.
