Role Overview

We are seeking a forward-thinking AI Video Creator to lead production department. You won’t just be "cutting" video; you will be designing automated pipelines to generate, enhance, and repurpose content at scale. The ideal candidate treats AI as a creative partner—using it to handle the "grunt work" (transcription, rot scoping, rough cuts) so they can focus on high-level narrative strategy and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

Generative Editing: Use text-to-video and image-to-video tools (e.g., Runway Gen-3/4, Sora, or Kling) to generate B-roll, custom transitions, and conceptual footage when live-action assets are unavailable.
Visual Enhancement: Oversee AI-driven upscaling, frame-rate interpolation, and "Face Swap" or "Digital Double" technology for talent correction or localization.
Multilingual Localization: Manage AI dubbing and lip-syncing tools (e.g., Eleven Labs or Hey Gen) to adapt content for global audiences while maintaining the original speaker’s tone.
Dynamic Short-Form Creation: Use AI to automatically identify "viral moments" from long-form content and reformat them for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts with platform-specific captions and pacing.
Brand Alignment & QA: Act as the final gatekeeper for "AI Slop." You must refine AI-generated outputs to ensure they meet professional aesthetic standards and brand voice.

Preferred Technical Skills:

Traditional NLE Mastery: Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro (specifically their integrated AI features like Sensei or Neural Engine).
AI Toolset: Experience with generative video platforms (Runway, Luma Dream Machine) and audio tools (Lyria, Suno, or Eleven Labs).
Prompt Engineering: The ability to write precise, iterative prompts to achieve specific visual styles and camera movements.
Technical Troubleshooting: Basic understanding of AI model limitations, such as handling "hallucinations" in video frames or audio artifacts.

Soft Skills:

Adaptive Creativity: A "human-in-the-loop" mindset—knowing when to let the AI lead and when to take manual control.
Speed & Agility: Comfortable working in a high-velocity environment where content needs to be "trend-ready" within hours.
Ethical Judgment: Awareness of the ethical implications of synthetic media, including deep fake policies and copyright for AI-generated assets.

Education & Experience:

Background: Bachelors ( Can be pursuing), Friends with Ai Tools and understanding of display media
Experience: 2+ years in video production and generation , with a proven portfolio showcasing the integration of AI tools in professional projects.
