About the Role

Syntaxlion is looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor with 3–5 years of professional experience to join our team in Begumpet, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have strong visual storytelling skills and the ability to create engaging, high-quality video content for digital platforms, marketing campaigns, social media, and brand promotions.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media, marketing, promotional campaigns, and corporate requirements.

• Create engaging Reels, YouTube videos, short-form videos, advertisements, and promotional content.

• Understand project requirements and convert concepts/scripts into visually appealing videos.

• Add transitions, motion graphics, text animations, sound effects, music, and visual effects where required.

• Perform video color correction, color grading, audio synchronization, and basic sound editing.

• Work with raw footage, images, graphics, voiceovers, and other digital assets.

• Collaborate with the marketing, creative, and content teams to deliver videos on time.

• Follow current video trends and social media content formats.

• Maintain consistency with company branding and visual guidelines.

• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines without compromising quality.

• Revise videos based on feedback and ensure final output meets project requirements.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of professional experience in video editing.

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.

• Knowledge of After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator is preferred.

• Good understanding of motion graphics, transitions, typography, and visual effects.

• Strong knowledge of video formats and social media specifications.

• Good sense of timing, storytelling, composition, and visual aesthetics.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.

• Strong attention to detail and creativity.

• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred

• Experience creating Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, and digital advertisements.

• Knowledge of AI-based video/image generation tools is an added advantage.

• Experience in corporate, IT, digital marketing, or advertising content is preferred.

• Candidates who can join immediately will be given preference.

• It is a Full Time Video Editor job for candidates with 3 - 4 years of experience.
