We're now expanding our in-house team and looking for a Video Editor who blends creativity with precision and has the technical know-how to deliver compelling content.

🎯 Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate Video Editor with 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience. You should be well-versed in industry-standard editing tools and open to integrating AI-powered platforms to enhance workflow and quality. Your primary responsibility will be to transform raw footage into professionally edited video content for marketing campaigns, digital ads, reels, YouTube content, and branded videos.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Edit and assemble raw footage into engaging and polished video content

Add transitions, effects, motion graphics, sound sync, and titles as per brand guidelines

Utilize AI tools for auto-captioning, noise reduction, smart cropping, and voice optimization

Work with content and design teams to interpret scripts and briefs into strong visual narratives

Ensure consistent quality across all video formats (social media, YouTube, brand promos)

Organize and archive video files and media assets efficiently

💻 Editing Tools & Software Expertise Required

Primary Tools:

Adobe Premiere Pro

Adobe After Effects

Final Cut Pro (optional)

DaVinci Resolve (for color correction)

Design Support Tools:

Adobe Photoshop

Adobe Illustrator

Canva (for quick turnarounds)

AI & Automation Tools (Preferred Experience):

Runway ML – AI video editing, inpainting

Descript – AI voice editing, transcription, overdub

Topaz Video Enhance AI – upscale low-res footage

Pictory or Synthesia – AI content repurposing or avatar voiceovers

CapCut AI / Adobe Sensei features – for automated cuts, background removal, etc.

✅ Qualifications

1–3 years of professional editing experience (agency or freelance)

Strong visual storytelling skills and attention to detail

Ability to adapt video edits across different platforms (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.)

Strong communication and organizational skills

Must own a laptop with sufficient processing power for video editing (minimum 16GB RAM, SSD preferred)
