The role involves taking ownership of the post-production process from raw footage to polished, final output. This is a fast-paced, high-impact position, requiring technical expertise, creative problem-solving, and the ability to deliver content that resonates with diverse audiences across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Post-Production Efforts: Oversee the editing process from start to finish, ensuring all video content meets creative, technical, and brand standards.

• Creative Direction: Collaborate with directors, producers, and content teams to interpret the vision and create compelling narratives through dynamic editing and post-production techniques.

• Advanced Video Editing: Edit complex, high-quality video content for a variety of media, including films, commercials, corporate videos, web series, and social media.

• Motion Graphics & Visual Effects: Design and integrate motion graphics, animations, and VFX to elevate video projects, ensuring they meet both creative and technical requirements.

• Audio Mixing & Mastering: Oversee sound editing, including music selection, voiceovers, foley, and effects, ensuring perfect synchronization with visuals.

• Color Grading & Correction: Apply advanced color grading techniques to enhance the visual storytelling and ensure color consistency across all footage.

• Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met while maintaining high-quality standards.

• Collaboration & Feedback: Work directly with stakeholders to implement changes and revisions based on feedback, ensuring the final product aligns with client or brand requirements.

• Optimize for Multiple Platforms: Adapt content for different platforms (e.g., YouTube, TV, social media, OTT) and ensure videos meet technical specifications, including aspect ratios, resolution, and frame rates.
