Key Responsibilities

A) Video Editing

• Edit Reels, Shorts, YouTube videos, and Ads

• Add subtitles, effects, music, transitions, and branding

• Convert raw footage into high-engagement content

• Create thumbnails and short promo clips

• Maintain quality, speed, and consistency

B) Social Media Management

• Manage Instagram, YouTube & Facebook

• Upload posts, reels, stories & shorts regularly

• Write captions, hashtags & basic content ideas

• Track performance, engagement, and growth

• Reply to comments & DMs related to content

• Maintain content calendar

Skills Required

• Proficiency in CapCut / Premiere Pro / VN / Filmora

• Understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts & YouTube Algorithm

• Basic graphic tools like Canva / Photoshop

• Ability to write captions and hooks

• Trend awareness and creativity

• Discipline & deadline-oriented
