Key Responsibilities

A) Video Editing

Edit Reels, Shorts, YouTube videos, and Ads
Add subtitles, effects, music, transitions, and branding
Convert raw footage into high-engagement content
Create thumbnails and short promo clips
Maintain quality, speed, and consistency

B) Social Media Management

Manage Instagram, YouTube & Facebook
Upload posts, reels, stories & shorts regularly
Write captions, hashtags & basic content ideas
Track performance, engagement, and growth
Reply to comments & DMs related to content
Maintain content calendar

Skills Required

Proficiency in CapCut / Premiere Pro / VN / Filmora
Understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts & YouTube Algorithm
Basic graphic tools like Canva / Photoshop
Ability to write captions and hooks
Trend awareness and creativity
