Video Editor

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor with 6–12 months of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of video editing, social media content, and institutional/educational videos.

Responsibilities

• Edit videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, YouTube, and other social media platforms.

• Edit campus tour videos showcasing facilities, infrastructure, student life, and campus experiences.

• Edit student testimonials and interview videos in an engaging and professional manner.

• Create engaging short-form content for social media.

• Add transitions, text, subtitles, music, sound effects, and basic animations.

• Edit promotional, informational, event, and educational videos as required.

• Understand video briefs and convert ideas into high-quality, engaging content.

• Maintain consistency in video style, branding, and overall quality.

• Work with raw footage and select the best shots, clips, and audio.

• Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to deliver videos as per requirements.

• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Stay updated with current social media trends, editing styles, and content formats.

Requirements

• 6–12 months of hands-on experience in video editing.

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar editing software.

• Good understanding of storytelling, pacing, music, transitions, and visual composition.

• Knowledge of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social media formats.

• Ability to create professional and engaging testimonial and campus-tour videos.

• Creativity and strong attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently as well as with a team.

• Candidates with a portfolio/showreel will be preferred.

Freshers with strong editing skills and a good portfolio may also be considered.
