You’ll be editing reels, shorts, long-form videos, ads, and brand visuals for multiple clients across industries.If your edits rely only on flashy transitions and trending sounds with zero context, this role will feel uncomfortable. That’s intentional.Key ResponsibilitiesEdit short-form videos (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok)Edit long-form videos (YouTube, ads, brand films)Add subtitles, motion text, transitions, sound effects, and musicAdapt edits according to platform requirements and brand toneMaintain consistent visual style per brandWork closely with the content strategist and social media teamDeliver revisions on time without emotional breakdownsOrganize project files properly (this is non-negotiable)Requirements1+ year experience in video editing (agency experience preferred)Strong knowledge of Premiere Pro / After Effects / CapCut / Final CutUnderstanding of aspect ratios, frame rates, and export settingsBasic motion graphics knowledge is a big plusAbility to edit both fast-paced reels and clean professional videosGood sense of timing, rhythm, and visual hierarchyCan take feedback without turning it into a personality issueBonus Skills (Good to Have)Motion graphics & typographyColor correction and basic gradingSound designExperience editing ads or performance contentUnderstanding of social media trends (without blindly copying them)
