Key Responsibilities

Video Editing & Creative Work

• Edit and produce engaging videos for social media, marketing campaigns, and internal communication.

• Trim, assemble, color-correct, and enhance raw footage.

• Add transitions, effects, music, titles, subtitles, and animations as needed.

• Collaborate with the content and marketing team to understand project requirements.

• Maintain an organized library of media assets.

• Ensure timely delivery of video projects.

Reception & Front Desk Management

• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.

• Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and emails.

• Manage visitor logs, appointments, and front-desk schedules.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.

• Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.

• Coordinate with various departments for smooth office operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in video editing (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).

• Strong sense of timing, visual composition, and storytelling.

• Basic knowledge of sound editing and graphic design is a plus.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Pleasant personality with a customer-service mindset.

• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic computer operations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a similar dual role is an advantage.

• Knowledge of social media trends and content creation.

• Ability to handle office equipment (printers, intercoms, scanners).
