Job Title: Video Editor & Graphic Designer

Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and creative Video Editor & Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling and an eye for design, with a strong proficiency in editing video content and creating compelling graphics. As a Video Editor & Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality video content, designing engaging graphics, and supporting our marketing and creative teams with visual assets across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Video Editing:
o Edit raw video footage into polished, professional-quality content that aligns with project goals and brand guidelines.
o Create visually engaging videos for social media, websites, advertisements, and other marketing platforms.
o Collaborate with the content and creative teams to understand the vision for each video project and deliver the final product according to deadlines.
o Add audio, sound effects, music, and visual effects to enhance video content.
o Perform color correction, audio balancing, and other post-production processes to ensure high-quality output.

2. Graphic Design:
o Design visually appealing graphics, including promotional materials, social media assets, banners, logos, and infographics.
o Develop creative concepts and layouts for print and digital media.
o Ensure consistency of visual elements with brand identity across all projects.
o Create animated graphics and motion design for video content.
3. Content Collaboration:
o Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements and timelines.
o Participate in brainstorming sessions for new ideas and concepts.
o Provide creative input and suggestions to improve the overall aesthetic and effectiveness of video and graphic projects.

4. File Management:
o Organize and maintain video and graphic files, assets, and project documentation.
o Ensure proper archiving of all projects for easy access and future use.

5. Staying Updated with Trends:
o Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in video editing, graphic design, and digital content creation.
o Experiment with new techniques and tools to enhance video and graphic quality and creativity.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Video Editor, Graphic Designer, or a combination of both.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
• Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, and video effects.
• Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and branding.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
