About the Role:

We are looking for a talented and creative Part-Time Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for storytelling, excellent editing skills, and a passion for creating compelling video content. You’ll work on a variety of video projects, including promotional content, social media videos, YouTube content, product explainers, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Edit raw footage into polished videos with smooth transitions, audio, and effects

• Add motion graphics, captions, and animations where needed

• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and visual identity

• Collaborate with the creative and marketing team to understand project goals and timelines

• Manage and organize video assets and project files efficiently

• Stay up to date with industry trends and editing software advancements

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a video editor (portfolio or reel required)

• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve

• Strong understanding of pacing, timing, and storytelling

• Knowledge of audio editing, color correction, and basic motion graphics

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Good communication and time management skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience editing for social media platforms (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.)

• Basic skills in Adobe After Effects or motion design tools

• Familiarity with sound design and royalty-free music sourcing
