Job Role & Responsibilities:

Property Tours: Property ki raw footage ko edit karke attractive cinematic tours banana.
Social Media Content: Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, aur Facebook ke liye fast-paced aur engaging videos taiyar karna.
Transitions & Effects: Smooth transitions, color grading, aur motion graphics ka use karke video ki quality badhana.
Audio Syncing: Background music, voiceovers, aur sound effects ko video ke saath sahi tarike se match karna.
Text & Subtitles: Property ki details (Price, Area, Location) ko screen par clean aur professional fonts mein dikhana.

Requirements (Skills):

Software Knowledge: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, ya Final Cut Pro (FCP) mein expert hona zaroori hai.
Creativity: Real estate market ke latest trends aur transitions ki samajh honi chahiye.
Speed: Diye gaye deadline ke andar high-quality videos deliver karne ki kshamta.
Experience: Kam se kam 1-2 saal ka experience (Real estate industry ka experience ho toh priority di jayegi).
