Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our marketing team in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality video content that effectively showcases residential and commercial projects, enhances brand presence, and drives customer engagement across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Edit and produce high-quality videos for:
Property walkthroughs (residential & commercial)
Project launches and promotional campaigns
Social media content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
Client testimonials and corporate videos
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams to understand project requirements and deliver impactful visual storytelling.
Enhance raw footage with:
Colour correction and grading
Motion graphics, transitions, and visual effects
Background music, sound effects, and voiceovers
Create engaging short-form and long-form content optimized for platforms like:
YouTube
Company website
Manage and organize video assets, ensuring proper storage and accessibility.
Stay updated with latest video editing trends, real estate marketing styles, and digital content strategies.
Coordinate with photographers, drone operators, and external agencies when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Video Editor, preferably in real estate, architecture, or lifestyle industries.
Proficiency in video editing software such as:
Adobe Premiere Pro
After Effects
Final Cut Pro
Strong understanding of:
Cinematic storytelling
Composition, lighting, and pacing
Social media video formats and trends
Experience with motion graphics and basic animation is highly preferred.
Ability to work on tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and creative mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in editing real estate walkthroughs, drone footage, and site progress videos.
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator).
Understanding of branding and marketing communication.
Familiarity with real estate terminology and project lifecycle.
