Job Title: Associate - Graphic Design, Video Editor & Social Media

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Associate - Graphic Design, Video Editor & Social Media to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for design and produce high-quality graphics for social media platforms and handling Social Media Platforms for an organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts.

2. Ensure all graphics align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

3. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously.

4. Meet tight deadlines and deliver high-quality work.

5. Creating posts, pages, and applications to attract customers.

6. Product Packaging Design , Catalogue Design, Banner Poster Design for Digital Marketing, Video Editing, PPT Designing, Marketing Material Design

7. Knowledge Required: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and video editing software.

8. Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends and your own field

Handling Social Media Pages 

9. Knowledge Required: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, video

editing softwares like filmora, Premier Pro, Social Media Marketing and Websites.

Requirements:

1. Education: 10th, 12th +

2. Experience: 2+ years of Graphic Designing and Social Media Marketing experience in the Product industry preferable.

3.Skills:

    -  Good Creativity and graphic design skills.

    - Strong and original idea generation skills.

- Ability to think outside the box and try out an aesthetic that feels new, fresh, delightful and different;

    - Ability to work at an optimum capacity, prioritize multiple tasks.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Expert mastery in design tools (including Photoshop and    Illustrator) needed to execute.

- Understand parameters for social media design; Certifications: Certifications in related field.

- Experience thriving in a fast-paced workplace or start-up

- Ability to create content that both expresses our brand emotional voice, elevates our brand perception, and feels digestible to our audience

 4. Soft Skills:

   - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Good, humble and respectful communication and interpersonal skills.

- Must be flexible and willing to take on additional responsibilities as and when needed.

- Should be proactive and take initiative to support the team and be a team player.
