We are seeking a talented and experienced Video Editor to join our creative team. The ideal candidate is a storytelling expert with a strong visual sense, technical proficiency, and a deep understanding of post-production workflows. You’ll be responsible for assembling recorded footage, applying graphics, sound, and effects to create compelling, polished video content for various platforms.
Edit raw footage into high-quality videos for web, social media, advertising, corporate, and branded content.
Collaborate with producers, directors, and other team members to understand project goals and creative direction.
Add music, dialogue, graphics, motion effects, and sound to enhance storytelling and audience engagement.
Ensure consistency in style, tone, branding, and visual quality across all content.
Organize and manage media assets, edit timelines, and project files efficiently.
Color correct, mix audio, and export in appropriate formats for different platforms and delivery requirements.
Stay up-to-date with the latest editing trends, techniques, and technologies.
3+ years of professional video editing experience in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
Strong sense of pacing, narrative structure, and visual storytelling.
Experience with motion graphics and visual effects is a plus.
Knowledge of audio mixing and color grading workflows.
Ability to work on multiple projects under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
A portfolio or demo reel showcasing a variety of editing styles and projects is required.
Experience in editing for different formats (e.g., vertical, horizontal, square) and platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.).
Familiarity with basic animation and compositing.
Background in cinematography or on-set production experience.
Passion for storytelling and an eye for visual detail.
