Video Editor - (Responsibilities): Watch long-form business training sessions & workshops Identify high-impact moments that create curiosity for business owners Curate content with strong hooks, framing, and retention logic Edit primarily short-form videos (Reels / Shorts) and occasionally long-form Use AI tools to create B-rolls, visuals, and enhancements Add subtitles, pacing, sound design, and transitions where required Work closely with the social media team to align content strategy Deliver consistent, high-quality output focused on engagement and watch time Ability to independently edit videos end –to-endTools (any of the following)Adobe Premier Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut (advanced), AI video editing tools, Subtitle/ caption tools
