Video Editor

We are looking for a Senior Video Editor who combines strong creative storytelling skills with technical expertise and a forward-thinking approach to AI-powered video production. In this role, you will lead video editing projects for marketing, product showcases, and social campaigns, while also leveraging AI tools to enhance speed, quality, and creative experimentation.

As a senior member of the team, you will collaborate closely with creative directors, designers, animators, and marketing teams to deliver high-impact visual content that resonates with our audience. You will also mentor junior editors and help establish best practices for integrating AI workflows into the video production pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end video editing process for brand, marketing, product, and campaign content.

Conceptualize, edit, and deliver high-quality videos across formats (social, ads, product explainers, cinematic content).

Apply advanced editing techniques including color grading, motion graphics, and sound design.

Experiment with and integrate AI video tools (e.g., Runway, Pika Labs, Luma Dream Machine, Adobe Firefly, HeyGen, ElevenLabs) to accelerate editing workflows and elevate creative output.

Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to translate briefs into compelling narratives.

Maintain a consistent visual identity across all video deliverables.

Stay updated on AI/ML advancements in video production (e.g., lip-sync AI, automated editing, generative visuals) and proactively suggest innovative use cases.

Guide and mentor junior editors, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.

Ensure all videos are optimized for platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Amazon, etc.) with appropriate aspect ratios, lengths, and styles.

Requirements

5+ years of experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse video projects.

Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve.

Strong storytelling, pacing, and visual design sense.

Proven experience with color correction, sound editing, and motion graphics.

Familiarity with AI-powered editing and generation tools (Runway, Pika Labs, Luma, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, etc.).

Understanding of platform-specific content strategies for social media and digital campaigns.

Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional creative teams.
