Key Responsibilities

🎞️ Edit high-quality educational videos for YouTube, Instagram, and internal LMS platforms
🎙️ Sync audio, insert animations, and apply visual effects to enhance understanding
📺 Create dynamic YouTube Shorts and reels that are engaging and brand-consistent
✂️ Cut, trim, and merge video segments with seamless transitions
📂 Organize and maintain a video asset library
📌 Work closely with faculty, marketing, and content teams to understand the vision and goals of each video
🎨 Add captions, lower-thirds, titles, and branding elements
🎧 Ensure audio clarity and fix background noise, if required

Skills Required

✔ Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools
✔ Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and audio-visual sync
✔ Basic knowledge of color grading and audio mastering
✔ Ability to handle short-form and long-form video content
✔ Creativity with a keen eye for detail
✔ Motion graphics and animation knowledge is a plus
✔ Time management and ability to meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communication, Animation, or related field
🎥 Portfolio of past work (educational content or short-form reels preferred)
📹 Experience in filming or setting up basic studio shoots is a bonus
