Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and trend-savvy Social Media Manager who understands the fast-evolving world of Instagram, reels culture, and algorithm shifts. The ideal candidate should be skilled in leveraging AI tools to create high-performing, visually engaging content tailored for an interior design audience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow our Instagram and other social media platforms
Create engaging and trending Reels, posts, and story content
Develop and execute content strategies aligned with interior design trends
Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, CapCut AI, Canva AI, etc.) for content ideation and optimization
Write compelling captions, hooks, and storytelling content
Plan and maintain monthly content calendars
Coordinate with design and site teams to capture shoot-ready content
Monitor performance metrics, insights, and engagement; optimize strategies accordingly
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in Social Media Management
Strong understanding of Instagram trends and short-form video content
Hands-on experience with AI tools for content creation
Basic video editing skills (Reels, transitions, trending audio)
Creative mindset with a strong aesthetic sense (interior design knowledge is a plus)
Ability to convert site visits and project updates into engaging content
Strong communication and writing skills
