Role Overview

We are looking for a versatile and creative Photographer & Video Editor to join our team. You will be responsible for capturing high-quality visual content and transforming raw footage into polished, engaging videos. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, a strong sense of aesthetics, and the technical ability to produce content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Photography: Execute professional photo shoots (product, lifestyle, portrait, or event). Handle lighting, composition, and styling to ensure the brand’s visual identity is consistent.
Video Production: Film high-quality video content using DSLRs, Mirrorless cameras, or professional rigs.
Post-Production: Edit raw footage into high-impact videos. This includes color grading, sound design, adding motion graphics, and selecting appropriate background music.
Content Optimization: Create platform-specific content (e.g., 9:16 for Reels/TikTok, 16:9 for YouTube, and high-res stills for web).
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing/creative team to brainstorm concepts, storyboard ideas, and deliver on project briefs.
Asset Management: Maintain and organize a digital library of all raw and edited assets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 6 months to 3 years in a similar creative role. A strong portfolio/showreel is a must.
Technical Proficiency:
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Lightroom/Photoshop).
Hands-on experience with professional cameras (Canon, Sony, Nikon, etc.), lighting equipment, and audio gear.
Creativity: A solid understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and current social media trends.
Attention to Detail: Ability to retouch photos and color-correct videos to a professional standard.
Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects at once and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
