Graphic Designer

Appfinz Technologies is a growing IT and digital solutions company with offices in Delhi and Dubai. We specialize in website development, eCommerce solutions, SEO, digital marketing, and creative content production. To strengthen our creative team, we are looking for a Graphics Designer who is passionate about design, has a keen eye for creativity, and is eager to learn advanced tools like Premiere Pro and After Effects under our guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging social media posts, infographics, and banners using Photoshop, and CorelDRAW.

• Design marketing collaterals including posters, brochures, flyers, presentations, and web graphics.

• Support in video creation and editing for social media, campaigns, and client projects using Canva initially, and later transition to Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects (training will be provided).

• Collaborate with the digital marketing and development teams to deliver consistent branding and creative designs.

• Research design trends and propose fresh, innovative ideas to improve content engagement.

• Ensure all designs align with the brand’s identity, message, and target audience.

• Assist in photo editing, retouching, and mockups for web and print projects.

• Deliver designs within deadlines while maintaining quality and creativity.

Desired Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in Photoshop and CorelDRAW (must-have).

• Hands-on experience with Canva for quick content creation.

• Basic knowledge of layout, typography, and color theory.

• Willingness and enthusiasm to learn Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects (training will be given).

• Strong creativity, imagination, and ability to think outside the box.

• Attention to detail and ability to adapt to brand guidelines.

• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

• Time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).

• 0–2 years of relevant work experience (Freshers with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply).

• Portfolio showcasing graphic and creative design work is required.
