JOB DESCRIPTION Graphic Designer | Videographer | Video Editor

About the Role We are looking for a creative and versatile Graphic Designer, Videographer & Video Editor who can handle end-to-end visual content creation, from designing graphics and shooting videos to editing engaging content for social media, marketing campaigns, events, and brand promotions. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, composition, storytelling, lighting, transitions, typography, and visual aesthetics. Experience Experience: 1–3 years preferred Freshers with a strong portfolio and good practical skills may also be considered. Candidates with experience in healthcare, medical aesthetics, beauty, pharmaceutical, lifestyle or corporate content creation will be an added advantage. Qualification • Bachelor's/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Animation, Film Making or a related field is preferred. • Relevant skills and portfolio will be given more importance than formal qualification.Key Responsibilities Graphic Design • Create creative and professional designs for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other digital platforms. • Design social media posts, reels covers, carousels, stories, banners, posters, invitations, brochures and marketing creatives. • Create promotional creatives for products, events, launches, workshops and campaigns. • Maintain consistency in brand guidelines, colours, fonts and overall visual identity. • Develop creative concepts and visual ideas based on marketing requirements. Photography & Video Shooting • Plan and execute product, event, corporate and social media shoots. • Handle camera, lighting, framing, composition and basic audio setup. • Shoot high-quality footage for Reels, promotional videos, interviews, product videos and event coverage. • Capture behind-the-scenes content and quick social-media-friendly footage. • Understand different shooting styles, angles, lighting setups and camera movements. Video Editing • Edit short-form and long-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube, LinkedIn and other platforms. • Create engaging videos with proper cuts, transitions, text animations, music, sound effects and colour grading. • Edit product videos, event videos, interviews, promotional videos and corporate content. • Add captions, subtitles, motion graphics and visual effects wherever required..Creative & Content Support • Work closely with the marketing/social media team to develop creative content ideas. • Stay updated with social media trends, editing styles, design trends and viral content formats. • Suggest new concepts for improving brand visibility and audience engagement. • Manage multiple creative projects and deliver them within deadlines. Required Skills • Strong knowledge of Graphic Design and Video Editing. • Good understanding of composition, typography, colour theory and visual hierarchy. • Good knowledge of video shooting, lighting and camera handling. • Ability to create engaging and trend-driven Instagram Reels and short-form videos. • Good understanding of social media content requirements. • Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving ability. • Ability to work independently as well as with a team. • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
