About the Role
We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor who can turn raw wedding footage into emotional, cinematic, and engaging wedding films. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, music synchronization, color grading, and cinematic editing.
Key Responsibilities
Edit wedding films, highlight videos, reels, teasers, and social media content.
Organize and select the best shots from large amounts of raw footage.
Create a strong storyline and emotional flow throughout the video.
Maintain proper pacing, transitions, music synchronization, and sound design.
Perform professional color correction and color grading.
Remove unwanted/repetitive footage while keeping important moments.
Follow the required editing style and client/company guidelines.
Deliver projects within the assigned deadlines.
Make revisions based on feedback when required.
Requirements
Previous experience in wedding video editing is preferred.
Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.
Knowledge of After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Photoshop is a plus.
Good understanding of cinematic storytelling and visual composition.
Ability to work with large volumes of footage.
Good attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
A portfolio/showreel of previous work is required.
